CIS assists you with qualified personnel in your cargo
inspections in most Italian ports, either for sampling
(and/or quality surveys) in accordance to specific
standard contracts (Gafta, Fosfa, etc.) or in case of
surveys in consequence of claims, damages, averages or
not conformity to contractual specifications.

You can also rely on CIS when a joint survey is needed
between a representative of yours and a representative
of your counterpart (vessel, P&I Clubs, any surveyor
appointed by other parties) or when you need support in
cases of averages, actions in regress or damage
recoveries.
